Matzkin has assumed the challenging role of developing another division to our already well-established recruiting firm, Human Resources services through Contract Staffing Recruiters. </p>
<p>Matzkin will be in charge of growing our Human Resources Management Services division. Will work with clients on developing and implementing their Human Resources policies and procedures, and creating and updating their handbooks. </p>
<p>Matzkin will assist clients with managing their employees life-cycle: from developing the new-hire orientation process and providing necessary paperwork; to guiding clients through employees' disciplinary actions; to establishing termination procedures. </p>
<p>Matzkin will guide clients through management of employees work-related injuries and assist them with filing Workers Compensation claims, as well as assist clients with OSHA,VETS-100, EEO-1 and AAP reporting. </p>
<p>Matzkin will conduct audits of personnel files and help organizations ensure that all files are complete and meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements. Will also assist clients with creation and maintenance of all functional job descriptions. </p>
<p>Matzkin has over eight years of Human Resources Management and administrative experience in the manufacturing and banking industries. </p>
<p>Matzkin graduated with honors from Albertus Magnus College with a Master of Arts in Leadership. Holds a bachelors degree from Albertus Magnus College with a double major in Finance and International Business Management along with a Certificate in Human Resources Management.</p>
<p>Matzkin was Human Resources Generalist for over five years for a manufacturing company in North Haven, CT, and a Portfolio Administrator for a bank in New Haven, CT. </p>
