The case is formally known as MDL No. 2385, IN RE: Pradaxa Product Liability Litigation, Southern District of Illinois.</p>
<p>Now, DrugRisk has added an order from Judge David Herndon, who presides over the cases, scheduling the first trial to start in August of 2014. He also ordered lawyers to select 16 cases for investigation and trial, which will serve as bellwether cases for future litigation****.</p>
